Our group support services provide a wonderfully supportive small group environment in which the journey through self-change is supported by others who are also exploring similar issues. Group support allows and encourages participants to be gentler with themselves, while holding themselves accountable for self-directed changes. Group settings also provide a safe place to explore issues or concerns that may be intimidating to face alone. Explore your 7 Foundations with the support of a caring community.

Our Group Services

Master Time in the Real World: Group Consulting - Weeknights or Lunchtime Sessions - The next best thing to a 25-hour day! The cornerstone of our group offerings,our Group Consulting Services are conveniently available during 8 weeks of 2-hour weeknight or 16 1-hour lunch sessions. This in-depth program allows participants to fully understand each of the 7 Foundations and the scientific evidence supporting its role in stress management and healthy life balance. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to explore and design the path to their own balanced lives. If you truly want to change your life, create better health, have more happiness, and live in better harmony - this is the service for you. Each participant receives The 7 Foundations of Health and Happiness: Building a Bridge To Balance, as well as all seven Foundation Resources, and the Bonus Resource on effective life change.

First Steps to Time Mastery: Mini-Retreats - A three-hour, high-impact version of our full-day retreat, perfect for a night of self-care! What better way is there to explore your life balance and take responsibility for your own happiness than surrounded by friends and guided by an expert? Each participant receives a free copy of The 7 Foundations of Health and Happiness: First Steps.

Master Time in the Real World: Retreats - An exceptionally economical way to be introduced and led through the 7 Foundations of Health and Happiness. Group retreats will allow the time and mental space to really understand and reflect upon each of the 7 Foundations, analyze your life balance using the Pillar System, and create a realistic path to creating your best life. Retreats are typically 8 hours, with a group limit of 30 participants. Each retreat includes Dr. Heermann’s book The 7 Foundations of Health and Happiness: Building a Bridge To Balance.

Master Time in the Real World: Expanded Retreats - A powerful, supportive way to explore the 7 Foundations of Health and Happiness. Our two-day group retreats create the space needed to deeply understand and reflect upon each of the 7 Foundations, analyze your life balance using the Pillar System, and create a realistic path to creating your best life. Expanded retreats are typically two 6-hour days, with a group limit of 30 participants. Each expanded retreat includes Dr. Heermann’s book The 7 Foundations of Health and Happiness: Building a Bridge To Balance, as well as all seven Foundation Resources, and the Bonus Resource on effective life change.

Graduate Support - A drop-in support group for individuals who have completed either a Group Consulting series or a two-day Expanded Retreat. Sessions will be held twice a month, offered during a convenient lunchtime schedule to allow you to de-stress in the midst of your busy workweek.

Advanced Focus Groups - This two hour intensive group will focus on one Foundation per session, allowing the participants to fully immerse themselves and ask detailed questions to better understand and develop a plan to balance the Foundation in their lives. Available for individuals who have completed either a Group Consulting series or a two-day Expanded Retreat.

Keynotes - Available for businesses, organizations, and associations of all sizes, this one-hour introduction to The 7 Foundations of Health and Happiness is the perfect way to encourage sustainable stress management. Each keynote includes Dr. Heermann’s book The 7 Foundations of Health and Happiness: First Steps.
