Happy April, everyone!  

My favorite article this month is this nice summary of the nutrition recommendations from Michael Pollan’s “In Defense of Food.”  I highly recommend it.  It is easily one of the best books on nutrition I’ve read.  It takes a complex & controversial subject – how & what to eat – and pulls from it some wonderful common-sense wisdom, which is often sorely lacking in our discussions around food.
