After the frenzy of the holidays, many of us are wishing for more simplicity.  We may be re-examining our lives and contemplating ways to bring more groundedness into our daily lives in 2013.  It may feel like we need to choose between being centered and peaceful and being successful in our lives and careers.  However, this is a false choice, according to this month’s lead article by Martin Boroson.  He outlines how meditation practice actually enhances our performance at work, especially for those who wish to serve in a leadership role.  How can you make some space for meditation in the new year?
