Happy February, everyone!
My favorite link this month is Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar’s discussion of “time affluence” and how much this impacts our well-being – even more than material affluence. The sense of “time poverty” eats away at our life satisfaction and our ability to enjoy the everyday things in life, like our work, close relationships, or time spent with children. Creating more space in our lives, by taking a day of rest, or reducing our commitments, creates more happiness for us – and those around us!
