January 2014, Volume 4, Issue 1

Happy New Year, SynerLINK Friends,

In honor of the new year, I invite you to explore the role “busy-ness” plays in your life.  I recently enjoyed Brene Brown’s book “Daring Greatly” and highly recommend you check it out.  This month’s lead resource is an interview with Dr. Brown explaining a little-recognized role of being busy, exhausted, and constantly swamped.  Are you using “crazy busy” as a numbing strategy to deal with difficult emotions?  If so, what changes can you make in 2014 that will help you embrace your own whole-heartedness?

Colorado friends, keep an eye out for announcements of several upcoming events in Boulder in February and March.  Details coming soon!

If you enjoy the newsletter, please forward to friends or colleagues who may enjoy receiving it, as well.  They can click the links at the bottom of this newsletter to subscribe, or to follow us on Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn, or go to our home page:

Best wishes for your health and happiness,
